The Knowledge of Nutrition is Necessary & Significant
There is an old proverb, I knew, which stated, “It’s not the same day a leaf falls to the bottom of the water, it rots”. Which is meant to say, the consequences of one’s action may not be felt for years and will eventually have an impact.
In other words, I never knew that many of our chronic (occurring over time) illnesses are diet related. Habitual eating of unhealthy foods can harm our health and will accounts for illnesses that may occur in the future.
Altering the unhealthy way of eating is necessary for disease prevention. The knowledge and application of nutrition may accomplish that.
Nutriempowered was created to serve humanity, hoping all may become nutrition empowered.
