The Knowledge of Nutrition is Significant
There is an old proverb, I knew, which stated, “Its not the same day a leaf fall to the bottom of the water, it rots”. Which is meant to say, the consequences of a mistake may not be felt for years, but will eventually have an impact.
In other words, I never knew that many of our chronic (occurring over time) illnesses are diet-related. How we eat and what we eat, can harm our health, and accounts for illnesses that may occur in the future.
Altering the unhealthy way of eating is necessary for disease prevention. The knowledge and application of nutrition may accomplish that.
Nutriempowered was created to serve humanity, hoping all may become nutrition empowered.
